Working With an Agent

Do you meet in person, or only by Zoom and phone?

Short answer: Both. Personal Touch meets clients by Zoom or phone anywhere in Idaho, and in person at our Idaho City office by appointment. We do not make home visits, and our Boise address on Federal Way is for mail only.

Most of our clients never need to leave home. A Zoom or phone appointment covers everything an office visit would: we look at your doctors and prescriptions, compare the plans we represent in your county, and answer every question before you decide.

Zoom. Good if you like to see the comparison on screen. We share our screen, you watch the plans side by side, and you can invite an adult child or a spouse from another town to join the same call.

Phone. Good if you do not use a computer or would rather just talk. We read the options to you in plain words, and anything you need to sign can be handled by mail or with a simple link on your phone.

In person. Our Idaho City office is the one place we sit down with clients face to face, by appointment only. Call 208-350-9933 to set a time. We do not travel to homes, and we do not meet at the Boise mailing address.

The order we follow. First watch the short video on our Medicare Resources page, then start the plan review survey, then we meet. If you are talking about specific Medicare plans, a Scope of Appointment comes first.
