Free Insurance Webinars & Education
Big auditorium seminars are great — if you enjoy not getting your question answered. Ours are different: small groups, real conversations, and zero sales pitch. Just education, the way we've done it since 2005.
Why Do We Keep the Groups So Small?
We cap every webinar and seminar at 8–10 people on purpose: it's the largest group where every single person can still ask their question and get a real answer. Insurance decisions are personal, and a lecture hall can't be personal. A small group can.
Fair warning: small groups mean dates fill fast — our last long-term care session hit capacity well before the day arrived. If a topic matters to you, grab a seat early. And if the date you want is full, we'll happily put you first in line for the next one.
On the calendar
What Topics Do We Cover?
Three sessions rotate through the year — each built around the questions we hear most.
Medicare Basics
Parts A, B, C, and D without the alphabet-soup headache. What Medicare covers, what it doesn't, and how Medicare Advantage and Medigap actually differ — in plain English.
Long-Term Care Planning
Our recurring extended-care session, "When 'What If' Becomes 'What Now?'", features certified long-term care specialist Ryan Bartels. It covers old vs. new long-term care options, what care really costs, and ways to protect your family, your savings, and your legacy.
Annual Plan Changes
What's new for the coming plan year, and how to use the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7 every year) to make sure your plan still fits before you're locked in.
What Will You Walk Away With?
Every session is built so you leave knowing more than you arrived with — whether or not we ever talk again. Depending on the topic, you'll learn:
- How your coverage options actually differ — side by side, not in fine print
- What long-term care really costs, and the strategies that help preserve savings
- Which enrollment windows apply to you, and what happens if you miss them
- Ways to safeguard your family through legacy planning or care-support alternatives
- The questions worth asking any agent — including us

How Do I Register?
No forms, no hoops. Call 208-350-9933 — Patricia usually answers — or email support@ptibidaho.com and ask which dates are coming up. We'll hold your seat and send you the details. Webinars run online; some seminar sessions meet in person around the Treasure Valley.
One promise before you sign up: these sessions are education, not a sales event. Nobody gets pitched, nobody gets pressured, and nobody leaves with a "limited-time offer." If you'd like a personal comparison afterward, just ask — that part is your call, always. More questions? Our FAQ page has answers, or send us a message.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 5 organizations which offer 300 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
Webinar FAQ
How much do the webinars cost?
Nothing. Every webinar and seminar we host is free. They exist to educate, not to sell — you'll leave with notes and answers, not a sales pitch.
Will I be pressured to buy something?
No. These are educational sessions, and our whole philosophy is no pressure and no obligation. If you want a personal comparison afterward, you can ask for one — but nobody will chase you.
How do I register for a webinar?
Call 208-350-9933 or email support@ptibidaho.com and ask about upcoming dates. Sessions are capped at 8–10 people and fill quickly, so it's smart to reserve early.
What if the date I want is full?
It happens often — that's the trade-off of keeping groups small. Just pick another date, or ask to be notified when the next session on that topic is scheduled.
Save Your Seat — They Go Fast
Eight to ten chairs per session, and Idaho keeps filling them. Call or email today and we'll get you into the next webinar that fits your questions.
