Working With an Agent

Can Personal Touch help me if I don't have a computer?

Short answer: Yes. Call or text 208-350-9933 and we will fill out the plan review survey with you over the phone, read the plan comparison to you, and handle anything that needs a signature by mail or a simple phone link. No computer, email or internet account is required.

Plenty of our clients do not use a computer, and that has never kept anyone from a good comparison. Here is how it works without one.

The survey. Our plan review starts with a short survey about your doctors, prescriptions and what matters to you. Online clients fill it in themselves. If you do not have a computer, we ask you the questions on the phone and enter the answers for you.

The comparison. Instead of a screen share, we talk you through the options by phone: what each plan costs, which of your doctors are in network, and how your prescriptions are covered. Take notes, ask us to repeat anything, and call back with more questions. There is no rush.

Paperwork. Anything that needs your signature, like a Scope of Appointment, can be done by mail or with a text link a family member can help you open. Your Medicare card and your list of prescriptions are the main things to have by the phone.

Family welcome. If an adult child helps you, they can join the call from anywhere. We just need your permission to talk with them.

In person. If you would rather sit down together, our Idaho City office is open by appointment. Call 208-350-9933 to set a time.
